Hi, i've got a pretty annoying issue with remote controlling my plex LG smart tv app via a smartphone. I've got my plex server running on my pc, then turn on the tv and start the app, which connects correctly to the server and streams fine. Then i want to use my smartphone (or my pc: tried both and the issue remains) as a remote, so I click on the top right icon on the smartphone app, it finds the lg tv device, and connects correctly. Then, it happens something weird: after a few minutes, the smartphone (or pc) app loses connection to the device, and even if I try to reconnect, it doesn't find it anymore, neither if i refresh. I'm obliged to turn off the tv, turn it back on, restarting the tv app, closing and restarting the smartphone app, and then it finally connects back again. Just for a few minutes, the the cycle repeats and i must do it back over. I tried to turn off the screensavers both on the plex app and on the tv settings, suspecting it was a sorta timeout issue, but didn't fix that.
What does it mean? Why does this happen? I don't have a clue. Would someone help me? Thanks.
